RoHS and WEEE Directives
RoHS
Magma has developed a RoHS compliant sourcing and manufacturing process, which includes product documentation and declarations of compliance from our suppliers and subcontractors. The majority of the Magma product line, with the exception of a few select, and/or OEM specific, legacy products, is either fully RoHS compliant, or RoHS compliant upon request. Product that is RoHS compliant upon request will transition to fully compliant as non RoHS compliant inventory is consumed.
WEEE
All Magma products are marked with the “crossed-out wheeled bin” symbol established by the WEEE directive indicating the requirement for separate collection of electrical and electronic equipment. The volume of Magma shipments to EU countries does not warrant in-country collection centers, and as such may require partnering with "in country" businesses specializing in WEEE collection / recycle.
