Server Storage Clustering
Server Storage Clustering with Solid State Drives

This shows a classical approach to clustering servers to share a common storage. This storage is for applications that are shared by numerous servers and are mostly read with some number of write operations. This setup is used typically for database applications.
The storage is comprised of Solid State Memory. The access speeds are significantly higher than that of Hard Drives and have ECC and RAID-5 functions built in to these Memory cards.
Read bandwidth is 700Mb/sec and Write is 500Mb/sec.
