Newest oc{Kevin Spencer ed..}, Sebastian (Or Basti) comes from a low income Hispanic family, you either see him on the streets selling candy for money, working as some jester (YES, EVERYTHING I MAKE HAS AT LEAST A BIT OF GLITTER IN IT LEAVE ME ALONE) or stealing from stores, once Bradley came back in town every ounce of motherfucking homophobia left his body and now he's acquaintances with Kevin to get a little info on Bradley, "just to get to know him" (Cough) BULLSHIT. anyway, Bradley doesn't really look Basti's way but he's starting to. yay for gay, guys.
