Hey guysss!! It’s been a while yet again You’ve probably been wondering where I’ve been (or maybe not LOL), and why I’ve mostly just been popping in to look at your guys’ art instead of actually posting, DMing, or taking the time to properly read and respond to things.

Life has been pretty hectic lately, so I’ve been a lot quieter than usual. I’ve been busy with a bunch of things, dealing with some personal stuff, and unfortunately had to say goodbye to another one of my dogs. Because of everything going on, it’s been a little difficult to get back into the creative mindset while also trying to keep up with both of my accounts.

I know my absence probably isn’t a huge deal to everyone, and that’s totally okay! I mostly wanted to give a little update for the people who have noticed, and also for myself because I really do want to get back into drawing not just for everyone else, but because I genuinely miss creating for myself too.

So, in the meantime, I might throw some unfinished art pieces, OCs, and other random stuff at you guys to feed the 135 of you currently trapped in my basement. 🫶 Expect some art spam while I slowly get back into things LOL.

YES. A LOT OF THINGS.

One of the main things I collect is crystals!

My MAIN one is Sonic....

And basically anything involving werewolves.

But I'm in a lot of fandoms; listing them down, however, will take up this entire QNA, so if you wanna know if I like the same media as you, just ask <3

YES!!! When I was really little at a zoo!

If a wizard turned your 121 followers into a flock of 121 unusually aggressive pigeons, what would be your official battle strategy to defend your art supplies?:

Give them croissants.

Befriend them.

Become their pigeon leader.

Slowly gain their trust.

Then use my newly acquired pigeon army to take over the rest of Magma.

There is no other reasonable strategy. This is the only way.

ALSO, TO ADD ONTO MY PREVIOUS POST—
Why do people automatically assume that someone is under 13 just because their art style looks “too childish” or is different from yours?! Like, BETHANY, just because someone’s art style is unique, cartoony, simple, colorful, or doesn’t look exactly like yours DOES NOT magically mean you know their age.
You cannot seriously sit there and tell me that you can accurately determine someone’s age based on their ART STYLE. People have completely different ways of drawing! Some people like super detailed art, some people like messy sketches, some people draw in a really cute/cartoonish style, and some people have been drawing the same way for years. ART STYLE ≠ AGE.
And I understand that Magma is 13+, and obviously those are the rules, but what really bothers me is when people go out of their way to stalk someone’s account, analyze their artwork, dig through their posts, and try to “prove” that they’re under 13 just because they personally THINK the person looks young or their art looks childish.
Like… WHY are we doing detective work over somebody’s drawings?!
If you genuinely believe someone is under the required age, I understand being concerned about safety and reporting it through the proper channels. But randomly accusing people because their art “isn’t good enough,” looks childish, or doesn’t match your preferred style is NOT proof of anything. You don't know someone's age just by looking at their drawings.
And honestly, I wish people would focus more on actual safety instead of treating every young-looking artist like they're some criminal mastermind trying to sneak onto the platform. If someone is young, they should absolutely have adults teaching them Internet safety, boundaries, and what they should and shouldn’t interact with online. They should also stay away from adult spaces and inappropriate content. That part is important.
BUT PLEASE STOP ACTING LIKE YOU CAN DETERMINE SOMEONE'S AGE BECAUSE THEIR ART HAS BIG EYES AND SIMPLE LINES.
People come onto art platforms because THEY WANT TO MAKE ART. That's literally the point. Not everyone is going to have the same skill level, the same style, or the same artistic preferences as you.
So before you start pointing fingers, stalking someone's account, and mass-reporting them because you personally decided, “Hmm… their art looks childish, THEY MUST BE UNDER 13 ☝️,” maybe take a step back and realize that you do not actually know that person’s age.

Why do I KEEP seeing people I follow talking about their friends getting banned?! It's so upsetting seeing everyone upset Like, seriously, WHY is Magma banning random people while it feels like the actual horrible behavior is being overlooked?! It genuinely makes me so angry seeing people get banned when they haven’t even done anything wrong, or when someone gets mildly upset over the smallest inconvenience and decides to spam-report another person until something happens.
If you genuinely don’t like what someone has to say, BLOCK THEM. It is literally that simple. You do not need to mass-report someone just because you disagree with them, they annoyed you, or you didn’t like something they said. Reporting should be for actual harmful behavior, harassment, threats, or things that genuinely violate the rules not because someone hurt your feelings or made you angry. LIKE GROW TF UP
And obviously, if someone IS actually causing harm, targeting people, harassing others, or doing something genuinely dangerous, then YES, report them! Those are the situations where moderation is actually important. But when innocent people are getting caught up in reports because somebody decided to abuse the system, that is seriously frustrating.
I really feel like Magma needs to take a MUCH closer look at reports before banning people. There needs to be actual investigation instead of just taking a bunch of reports and immediately assuming the person being reported is automatically guilty. Because at this point, seeing people get banned left and right is honestly ridiculous.
I don’t know, I just needed to get this off my chest because it genuinely makes me upset seeing people lose their accounts or get punished when they didn’t even do anything.
ANYWAYS, sorry for the giant rant I really hope your friends get unbanned, and if any of you ever need help fighting for your friends, I WILL CREATE AN ENTIRE ARMY. 🫡
