mindless thing,, might be going through a block or mayb it's just because i'm hungry
sketches of the more interesting outfits i've worn - might reline and colour tomorrow.

-> outfit for performing at a fundraiser concert months ago. played the tambourine for 'teenage dirtbag'.
-> left glove only (protection for playing)
-> suspenders
-> backwards cap
-> sparkly jeans
-> cat print shirt (actually worn backwards)
-> asymmetrical earrings (l=rainbow, r=the usual sparkle)
top mid:
-> wore for hiking. lots of rock parkour for some reason
-> cowboy hat
-> orange rain jacket thing
bottom mid:
-> also for the trip, going to lookouts,, was windy
-> thin blue uv thing
-> puffer jacket
far right:
-> just felt like it. think i've only worn it once or twice
-> poofy black skirt friend got frm thailand because i look good in a skirt apparently 
,, only skirt i have so who knows
-> purple jumper thing. little pinkish flowers.
my nib is cooked,, i can barely tell what i'm writing anymore yet the brush was on 7px 
yesterday we got to our final destination on our trip!
staying at a friend's house whom we last visited several months ago and ohhh holy heck. they got a cat. they got a gatta. they got a maomao.
woke up with her sitting on the blanket above my legs and staring at me at 6an today. was half asleep so instinctively moved my legs which made her run away :'[ absolute blunder on my part
she returned at 7am when I was sitting up and sat on my lap though. i proceeded to give her head scratches for half an hour with her purring like a motor engine. gosh why do cats have such soft fur 
also went to a kpop store with my friend and his coworkers. not too into kpop and only listen regularly to one very mainstream group (skz) but i rarely get the chance to buy merch from anything i remotely like so it was great to go lighten my wallet a smidge !
felt slightly awkward walking into the store with my cowboy hat among other things but that's okay. i must embrace the cowboy like i did with my nonexistent middle a.

might import some photos i took from today + previous travels and draw my characters in them when i get back for warmups or chill drawing stuff hmm

aznotes (big yap incoming):
-> the sweatshop is military themed, so i based this very roughly off of modernised vietnamese navy uniform !
-> the emblem on the peaked hat is supposed to resemble the two arches i add at the end of my signature. i've been doing it for so long i've forgotten what it was supposed to symbolise - might've been the japanese seigaiha pattern?
-> the insignia on the side of the forearm is the current magma logo, and the three badges on the lapel & collar represent magma's board roles
-> the military badge was supposed to represent the one recommended post i've gotten, but i got recommended again yesterday which was a very pleasant shock Ovo
az finished a study on the same day it went out wowza ! and while sick too, crazy

first time i've tried realism ,, pretty happy with how it turned out :]
the ref image was originally above my work so there's a clear difference vertical wise as i just used my eyes and colourpicked and balled
other notes: prob should've done more work on the shadows and and the stem hrm
