Not sure if I’m allowed to repost this but I might just in case it might get some more attention
Please guys, be safe out there…
Before you post, before you answer a DM request from a stranger, before you click on a strange link... perhaps give some thought to your own online safety.
Never share any personally identifiable information, do not share images of yourself with strangers on the platform, especially as a minor. It's the internet and you can't be sure who is on the other side.
We have a basic guide with tips on staying safe on Magma but it's helpful to discuss this with parents and teachers too if you can.

This is a very long but somewhat important post.
This might be one of my last posts for now~
I want to finally let one of my OCs out of the closet. Please meet Ember.
So around the time the Let’s Go games came out, I started really getting back into Pokémon. Essentially these games introduced me to the whole other side of the franchise that I still respect to this day.
The OC came from me imagining different stories a Pokemon character could experienced. Specifically, this guy was designed after the blond variant of Chase. This is why he has a Pikachu.
And as for Vaporeon… please do not think ill of me. I had no nefarious intentions when assigning him this Pokémon. I simply wanted to complete the Fire-Electric-Water trio. Young me would never have thought years later this Pokémon would be ruined in such a disgusting… :(
Alright, back to the main reason I post this.
During the Pandemic, I figured I can’t just let this guy sit around.
Thus, I have decided to make a comic. I wanted to do something similar to how Ash travelled across multiple regions. Hoenn was at the time (and to this day) my favourite region, thus I decided to skip the first 2 and move straight onto volume 3!
So I did.
I only finished working on it completely February 2025. Yes! It took a long time cuz this freaking comic was 400 ish pages long and took roughly 5 years to make.
But here the dilemma starts. I have never even posted anything related to it anywhere on the internet. Only ever showed to close irl schoolmates. There are a lot of things about it that I would want to change since a lot of time has passed, and my knowledge on comic making grew. Some things such as horrible passing (hence the 400 pages) and a horrible jump in art skill from first to last page… it just isn’t really a good reading experience overall.
But I guess, it isn’t really a piece of literature, more like a diary of visual progress.
My question is, should I still post it one day? Even if it is very mid at best, would anyone in here still want to read through? Even if just to see the progress and stuff?
I would love to hear your thoughts.
And if you read this far, thank you.
Sparrow.
Ps: for those wandering, YES, silly me decided to make a second one. This time it’s Unova based :D
As to me, the writing of the new one is much better. At least I have a script this time around, not just scene ideas haha. Only at around 60ish pages out of Arceus knows how many, but see you in 5 years when it’s done
@manythingshehehe thanks :)
Luv ur arttttt
Okie, let’s hope this does not get taken down.
DISCLAMER: This is a drawing I have made. However I do not feel comfortable sharing the full res version of this image in case it ever gets stolen :(
——————————————————
Anyway, a while back ago, I made custom cards themed after my comic! Since I’m sorta going through a small art block, and school work is ganging up on me, I have decided to repost some of the arts I made for the cards!
I decided to try and make some cool photos at the school yard and voila! I’ll be posting them through the next weeks :D
This one was inspired by the art style of Shimaris Yukichi.
In fact, a lot of the cards I drew for my custom set were inspired by some official tcg artist’s styles (cuz I wanted to make it feel as authentic as possible
)
Anyway! Hope you like this. There are a few Cameos in this card!
-May is an obvious one ;)
-theres also a Beautifly and a Wingull.
- A Latias for the keen eyed! I wonder if anyone will spot her (though it’s very very hard)
Anyway, I hope y’all like this kind of posts :)

@Meli/Lila. Thanks :)
THIS IS SO CUTEEEE OMG
Man, this is so poetic… thank you for writing this our, Liko.
…
reposting this cuz this is genuinely a cool thought.
if trees are alive , in a different way ,
do yyou think trees think about the people who havve rested underneath them ?
do yyou think they think about how the wworld has changed , and do you think they try to make evven more oxygen for us ?
do yyou think they awwait someone tired to sit against their trunk , and for that moment they hope that the person feels safe ?
do you think they miss us ?
i know science says they cant feel like humans do , but what if they feel in a different way ?
don't humans have different languages of friendship , too ?
so wwho's to say trees can't feel at all ? what if they do , and just don't want to say ?
i dont knoww , i just had a thought and wwanted to share 🦭
Had to reupload this to test out a hypothesis. Instread of using the “Add to Gallery” from the My artdesk feature, I added it directly from the Gallery in hopes this doesnt start hiding comments Update: unfortunately my hypothesis was disproved and it all lead to nothing
Anyway:
I know y’all hate him and probably will hate me for drawing him but come on guys, he got that drip!
also he got a cool big snow cat, I mean, what is there more to love?!
Tehee! Finally got around to draw him in his evil alternate outfit >:D
Yeah, unfortunately can’t import a Psd cuz I was silly and drew it in a CMYK colour profile and unfortunately Procreate doesn’t let me change it back into RGB
Well, guess we all learn new stuff every day. Magma doesn’t let you import CMYK psds. Just take a mental note about that for the future lol
Anyway, this was mostly me drawing him and coping with the fact that I likely won’t pull him sob.
That sword/cane was difficult to draw tho.
Even after trying I still don’t think I did a good enough job.
Anyway, appart from the cane, I’m happy how this turned out :>
Hope y’all like it too :D

PS: on the og post user @pjartz left the comment:
“OMG DUDE THIS IS SO PEAK THE COLORS AND YOUR ARTSTYLE ARE SO EYE CANDY!!!
”
and I responded with :
“@pjartz Haha! Ty :)
This is probably the closes thing to my “true” artstyle so it trully means a lot to me that someone actually likes it :)”
Unfortunately reuploading didnt solve the issue so atp I might just disable comments on this post atp. :(
Comments were turned off for this post.
Something quick I drew in an Art Jam from a Deltarune Art Space earlier this week.
Not drawing as much this week but don’t want to leave my gallery empty.
Hope y’all like this, Nyon~

Uelelelele
Critter designed by @^~*Amethysle*~^
Was bored in class a bit today, so I decided to draw in my neon art style again! This time, I decided to draw a Fakemon designed by one of my followers/ a person I follow :)
Hope you like it :)
For all of you guys, I encourage y’all to create more fakemon! If I ever feel up to it, I will draw it. :3
Not taking requests yet since it is school time (and specifically Midterm season). But sometime closer to Winter Break I’ll probably be back at it taking everyone’s requests! We’ll see when we get there!
Also mini heads up : likely wont be active/post too much art for the rest of the week cuz I have exams to study for
Hope y’all have a good day!
Sparrow
PS: go check out their original post here :

And just go follow them in general. Their art is so cool!!
@Meli/Lila. Ty :)
Oh, and, dw I haven’t forgotten about your Fakemon designs! I’ll draw more of them too one day :)
The art it's so pretty!!

Anyway, yipeee my favourite characters are getting alts :D
Honestly this very much surprised me to my core. I wasn’t expecting this. Just so you understand, they rarely get any acknowledgment. It put me in a very happy mood for the entire day :)
So yeah, I doodled them! I’m not going to draw them IN their alt outfits yet (since technically it hasn’t officially been revealed) but I drew ‘em hanging out with the Pokemon they will get, that being Wo-Chen and Ting-Lu!
Idk I’m kinda happy how these turned out :D
So Yeah, whenever they get finally available in-game, I’ll let ya know if I get lucky enough to pull both (gosh I really would love to haha)
see you then!
-Sparrow :)
PS: Oh yeah… I wanted to draw a landscape… eh… I’ll do it later! This had my priority lol
AND LOOK AT THEM BONDINGGG OMG OMG X33333
AWWWW THE SLUG GUY IS SOO CUTEE?!??1/1/1
Lil question to anyone who may know?
Will Magma take down posts of our own merch?!
I am not planning to promote anything, mostly cuz I do not have there resources to sell anything; I just want to show stuff off
Specifically, what if I want to show off the art for a print I did, without wanting to put on the full res PSD of the art so that it doesn’t get stolen. Ofc, you can always put a low res of the art, but … not only it will be a bit hard on the eyes of the viewers, in the day and age of AI anyone can just upscale the art and resell it.
Not that I feel like I am good enough for my art to be stolen. It’s just that, if I ever wanna sell these in the future, I do not want to deal with copycat, even if the odds of that happening is low :’)
Yeah, I don’t think I have the patience to do photorealism properly.
This was drawn in Procreate and took 1 and a half hours.
Honestly not a big fan of how it turned out. If I feel motivated, might go back and redo some stuff.
Uhhh anyway… it’s for a world I’m sorta working on. Mostly practice. I feel like this would look good as a comic panel background, not really good as a standalone illustration :/
Hope you like it anyway.
might try doing more stuff later.
Sparrow.
@tutomeepmeep242 Thanks :D
this looks soo good!! i lovee how the mountains are shaped, and the sky looks beautiful! :DDD
pointless post
I got this rly cool idea for a painting I’d love to do, but too busy to do it right now unfortunately :(
So yeah, if in a couple of weeks you see me post something way different than my usual style, think back of this post; it means I actually got to do it! :’)
PS: Its going to be a landscape. I wanna try digital painting so bad
Guys also I just checked and wowieeee over 2k now :D
For some of you it might still show up as 1, reason is, if you’re not part of a specific artspace the likes and post number actually doesn’t show up.
But yeah, ty all so much
Very grateful for y’all it means a lot to me 🥹
Omg it actually happened no way
my deltarotted brain when pattern recognition
A little Sh#tpost haha
The screenshot is unedited btw, he actually says that (in ORAS at least)
Anyway… it does make sense, right? Birch is our Dad’s Best Friend after all, right? ;)
Back to regular scheduled art soon. This is just smth stupid haha
Sparrow
PS: unsure why but I have a feeling that @Flowery. might repost this
Possible WiWa Spoilers?!?!

So there was this one leak that revealed some information about the Elite Four Members of this generation. Mostly just descriptions. Nobody can confirm yet how true these are but…. I decided to draw an interpretation of what these characters could look like solely based of description!
When the games come out, let’s see how close I was haha
This is Part 1: the Electric Specialist.
Off the description, he doesn’t really look too trustworthy, so I decided to draw this spooky looking fella.
Idk my design will probably be very different from what the actual guy will look like.
Who knows.
Anyway, tell me what ya think :)
Sparrow
@Meli/Lila. tyyy
he looks so silly I love it
“Go on Google Images
Type in what you look for
Find an Image
Save the Image (and copy its link if you need sources)
Done!”
How is this supposed to take more effort than generating an image?! Like, even if we put aside the whole environmental ethics debate for a moment, this is a just plain stupid argument.
Besides, if we’re talking specifically about Infographs, ai just hallucinates stuff up. Its not a reliable resource! There are a lot of instances where it just makes up stuff that doesn't exist!
Sure, there are stuff made by real people containing mistakes, yet they are still less frequent than ai hallucinations.
Why would any teacher use something that can spread misinformation willingly? Shame on these people
I'm in my school live lesson right now, and I asked my teacher, "If the school doesn't want us to use AI, how come it uses it to make the images and parts of the presentations used to teach us?"
and my teacher responded its becuase its easier to make an AI image than it is to look and and google images for a presentation, i responded, "this is true, but there are much easier ways to make these presentations, like looking up images and finding them themself, using ai is actively harming the environment to make the presentations" again she mentioned looking it up is harder then putting it into AI, even knowing the environmental harms that comes with generating images. This sparked a debate between the students, with the teacher saying the school makes it because it's quicker and easier to do than spend real time doing something non-harmful, while also making the argument that us using AI for any part of school isnt allowed, and it makes it seem like we don't know how to actually do the assignment. Well, could that not be the same for the people using AI to MAKE the presentations used to TEACH us? A large lake near me could run out of water by 2027 due to AI. People are losing clean water, air is being polluted, yet still, it's "easier to use AI to make presentations to teach you with than to do it myself"
Why do we have this double standard? Don't use AI for assignments made with AI?
its becuase adult have "already learned" the necessary things to teach; then why don't they do it themselves? Because AI is easier
. Why can't kids use AI? Because they need to learn it first.
Well, you shouldn't use it either way; if you already know the material, USE IT. Don't make a robot do the work you spent years in school LEARNING. Studies have been done; people who use AI often have less critical thinking skills, and when faced with a problem that would need them to think deeply, they are UNABLE to do it. Why? Because whenever faced with a problem, their minds default to asking AI because it already knows the answer, so why would I spend time trying to figure it out?
AI is harmful not only to our environment but to our minds. STOP using AI for school, and STOP using AI to make assignments to teach.

Look at these lil kitties! Im sure they’re friendly… right?
On a side note, Galarian Meowth is so perfect for this lol
@Guestkitty 💛(Yellowkitty era)💛 Imagine it gets a different evo and it becomes even more Friend like lol
Omg I love this so much
🩷Purrserker would look so sick
Imma repost this just in case.
This is wild! Who would go this far to do something like that?!
But yeah, stay safe, guys

Hello! I’m still here :3
A lot of things happened since my last post.
I got sick. I feel better now, but now school work caught up and so I gotta study :’)
So yeah, even though I have some cool ideas of things to draw, I won’t have much time to dedicate to it haha.
I dug through my camera roll to find an older piece of mine and, yeah, why not post that!!
Something I drew back in 2024 (This piece is like 2 years old oh myyy).
These two guys where the mvps of my Black Playthrough so I decided to draw them :3
(ngl Sawk lwk is such a goated ‘mon. If you teach it Dig, it OHKO’s almost every single Team Plasma Grunt’s Pokemon)
But yeah, don’t have the PSD for this one on me, but if my post gets taken down bcs of that, I’ll just go dig for a backed up one and repost this here (
hope I dont have to tho)
Anyway, gotta go back to study! See y’all! Hope I’ll get to post more art soon!
-Sparrow :D
PS: while I was sick, I got Lets Go Pikachu for Switch, and Ive been playing that for the whole weekend. I found a couple shinies already, so when I have the time, expect plenty of drawings of a specific green lil oddish :D
@Guestkitty 💛(Yellowkitty era)💛 Ty! I’ll see if I can. It’s not particularly hard to do, but I prefer working with lineart cuz it allows me to make my drawing more expressive haha. So I’ll see. It would be fun tho :)
This is so cute!!! Do you ever plan to do semi-lineless stuff like this again? I understand if you don't though. It's a whole lotta skill to do that style, speaking from experience lol
A Gequa Evolution Prediction?
Well, here goes nothing.…
We didn’t get any WiWa News this weekend, (unless you count the one UI leak) so here I am trying to suffice you all Pokémon fans with a prediction design… (anyone else hungry for wiwa content as much as I am?!? )
Actually, I started working on this last month, but gave up. Only reason I picked it up is because I do not like to have unfinished work sitting in my files lol.
Tbh, Im not really a big fan of how this turned out…
I invite everyone to try and do a better job than I did! I’m sure if you try to do prediction designs, y’all will do great :>
Sparrow :)
PS: I think my hand is starting to do better :)
Imma slowly try to get into drawing again :D
@tutomeepmeep242 yeah! Hoping with you as well. Please don’t make any of the evos ugly! Please make em cool!!
and lol xd i do hope that it won't become that
i really like some of the features in this final evo design, and i do hope i'll see smth similar on the official one ^^
@tutomeepmeep242 tyyyy. I truly wish Gequa’s actual evolution turns into something you will like, genuinely, don’t let it be another Quaqulaval situation
gecqua is actually my fav starter so i realy really love this :D
i lovee the long ELEGANTO eyelashes you gave to the final evo!
:)
yesss
@⋆｡‧˚ʚ💫 Umbery🌙ɞ˚‧｡⋆ aw ty! I really hope it’s evo is given the Primarina treatment and not the Inteleon/Quaqlaval treatment
If this were the evo.... Def taking gequa as my starter :)
@Meli/Lila. tyyy it was very Primarina Inspired :D
I love the color palette so much!
@Guestkitty 💛(Yellowkitty era)💛 Lol. Tbf I could get back to Green any time lol.
Rest in peace, Green era
That is a very cute Pombon pic tho!!!
