Tip one: when coloring lineart make sure to move your hue slightly up to the left (keep going that way) and darken the shade, this makes the colors look more rich and colorful :D

1. Once you finish rendering and coloring your layer merge it with the line art layer 2. Duplicate that layer 4 times on the area you want to do the chromatic abberation effect 3. Add a blank layer above each duplicated layer and use the down arrow NOT the one with the scissors (its located above the "layers" section) then follow these color coded layers... first layer is yellow, second is red, third is cyan, fourth is blue. 4. Move the red layer two pixels up and two pixels right. Move the yellow layer one pixel up and one pixel right. for the blue layer move it two pixels left and two pixels down. Then the cyan layer move it one pixel left and one pixel down. 5. once all those layers are colored make sure to set all of their opacitys down to 34 and mer all 4 layers except the original colored drawing.
6. Play around with the graphics a bit which is right next to the opacity bar. Click that and test out which effects fit best or change the direction of the color rather then red going right and blue going left. This could be altered going all the way to the left of the Hue bar. - @soap
