Unfinished Art

Does anyone just completely abandon most of your projects due to being overwhelmed by them? Like i can barely finish things that seem intimidating, like my sketchbook cover that I'm working on. It hasn’t been touched in 3 MONTHS. Is this a regularly occurring problem for others too?
