ive been heavily inspired by a certain someone, so im going to do the same.
September is National Suicide Prevention Month.
A month to honor those who we have lost, or nearly lost to Suicide.
There is always someone who is waiting for you. Someone who needs you more than they think you do. They may have a hard time expressing it, or putting their care for you into words. I promise, there is always help available, you are not worthless, you DO serve a purpose. Whether it’s a career or in someone else’s life. It’s okay if you haven’t found that purpose yet. I promise its waiting for you ^^
I was one of the many people who truly believed that i had no purpose or someone in the world who cared enough for me. I believed that i was only brought here to be bullied and hated upon. Even after changing how I acted and becoming a better person, I still felt that I deserved the worst. That was until a certain someone poured their feelings out to me, and told me that I was the reason they were still here today, they just didn’t know how to word it until then. Everything changed that day for me. My point is, there is someone who really truly cares for you. You just might not have noticed or found them yet.
If you have also experienced or is still experiencing suicidal thoughts, Im proud of you for staying as long as you have. Don’t give up yet, be patient. You matter. Help is always available, resources are available. Text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Hotline. You are not alone. I promise <3
