Ok for smaller details, like making each dragon different and individually stand out, think about the type of dragon it is. If youโre basing it off of wings of fire, then look at snout shapes/patterns, tribe-specific markings, the type of horn shape that the dragon has, and the shape of the face. Seawings have rounder faces, with those fin-like spines extending from their forehead to back. They also have the glow-scales that line the eyes and snout, down the neck and along the vertebrae (fancy word for spine). And never feel scared to make the head shape less revolved around the circle base. The circle is there as a guideline, but for different types of dragons with broader snouts or bulkier head shapes, the circle may be larger. It depends on the dragon. Another thing is the eyes. Dragon eyes arenโt like human eyes. If youโre going for a cartoon feel, then those eyes are great! If youโre going for a realistic style, theyโre usually smaller, more angled downwards diagonally (-ish), and the irises take up less space (more like slits with dull yellow, green, blue, or any other eye color surrounding). I recommend looking at lizards or other peoplesโ artstyles to mix and match
*cracks knuckles* ohohohohohohooooo, lemme tell you. Iโm not very good at doing it myself, but I have tips. First of all, the jaw goes back a bit further to wrap around the circleโs edge (thinking about it, the bottom jaw is further out than the top. It connects to about the middle of the skull on a human, so try to translate that to a dragon). The ears are further back as well. They donโt extend from the forehead, but are smaller and end a small space above where the jaw line ends. The eyes should go further up, and also be smaller (since the slight elevation from the snout is the eyebrow area/bone edge thing, the eye should be slightly behind that). The horn should go into the head instead of the neck, since itโs sort of like a bone extending from the head. Try to make it smoother connect from the circle/top head to the horn. I can make a mock-up sort of thing maybe. If you share the canvas with me at some point, I can use a red brush to show you visually. That might be all, but I can talk more about smaller details
