I wanted to set boundaries for myself, though people who know me well know most of these but generally I think this is worst posting. I will always give second chances. I MAY give third depending on what it is.
I prefer for people not to flirt with me. It makes me uncomfortable. Now, there’s a difference between flirting and complimenting. Compliments I’m fine with, but when flirts get super romantic or sexual I get really uncomfortable. I used to be comfortable with this but over time I became more firm about this.
If you want to talk to me, (after an argument OR just in general) don’t send your friend over saying you want to talk to me. Don’t bring your friend into it, they don’t deserve that. Also it’s just plain cowardly because you don’t want to talk to me yourself.
Don’t ask me any personal info (age, location, name, ect) I will tell you when I know and trust you. And even if you tell me your age or whatever, I still won’t tell you until I’m comfortable. So don’t bother asking. I WIL tell you when I’m ready.
Don’t push me. When I say ‘no.’ I have a reason, and I don’t ALWAYS need to explain it to you. I’m REALLY sick of this one. Now, I’m not saying you can NEVER do this, but I don’t want you to do this all the time.
If you’re apologizing to me, don’t say “sorry” and think it’s fine. I don’t accept apologies who don’t own what you did. Also, when you do something wrong, don’t expect me to go back to being completely fine all the sudden. Trust is broken faster than built.
Last thing: I do NOT want people that are racist, judgemental of disabilities, homophobic, transphobic, or biphobic saying things offensive like that around me. I get it: everyone has their own beliefs! I do too, and you are completely allowed to. Just please, don’t around me.
other than that, I’m comfortable with plenty of other stuff like teasing, ranting (if you couldn’t already tell, I do it too lmao), ect. I hope I didn’t scare anyone into never talking to me, that was NOT my intention. hope everyone is doing well!
