just looked through all my posts with colours inverted and im now realising how much purple and orange/red/yellow i use, pretty much everything is blue and green T_T

made this cool background for for Starlia but never really planned on using it, i then re found it and thought, im gonna use it. really happy with how this turned out, used a new rendering brush and will hopefully use a new lineart brush soon. and yes, i know, the starlia design changes are wild i just cant decide what look i want her to have so yes its gonna keep changing T_T. buuuut tbf this is supposed to be a different "form" of her so eeehhh. but anyways yes yes very cool please like tell ur friends about me BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

so this is a wip but i figured it would look good without colour aswell so im posting that now, but once done there will be a version with and without wings. i hope ppl see this, that hasnt happened recently

lets address the elephant in the room before we start, yes, the artwork is upside down, did i want it to be upside down? no. is it upside down, yes. during my first attempt at posting i realized that this was upside down, i have no clue why, the only explanation i can think of is that i started drawing after rotating the canvas and then yeah. i also apologize for the strange quality as in the colour being offset by a tiny bit, this also happened at some point during the post-post attempt when i was trying to get the canvas to be the right side up. but lets look past these problems at the artwork ive created of cli-onel, an enemy from the battle cats. this enemy is based on a sea angel (a pretty cool animal). i tried a new rendering style so i hope it turned out well (i tried it out of will as my blending tools were all not working except for chalk 1, no clue why). so yeah, im dissapointed with the state im sharing this in, but i hope the viewers of this are happier with it than i am.

clementine from stray (incredible single player story game, i would recommend) tried a new lineart style with this and it looks pretty good, tried a new shading technique aswell using the splatter brush and i personally really like it so yeah, hope this gets seen and ppl like it

EDIT: not sure why but it looks really pixely and crunchy so I would recommend going to the canvas, peace out!

decided to post a tut on how i do my metal rendering since ppl like it T_T. only takes 5 steps and basically 3 if you just merge 3, 4 and 5. hope this can help people!
