ty Linh im trying to heal myself but i just don't know how to heal properly i feel like its hard since i hid all my feelings in a bottle and never told people how i was actually going through bc each time when i tell them they get mad at me for no reason,to take advantage of me and make it like its not a big deal so like thats why im always scared to speak up for myself because nobody is really gonna hear me out anyways.
