Aye I’m getting really overwhelmed and burnout ain’t helping

having forgotten to do a singular page in French that was for homework (never knew btw) made me realize how much i genuinely have to do and how ill most probably not be able to finish all of it

changing schools is a solution but I don’t want to leave my friends and start from scratch + personal reasons and experiences I don’t want to mention

im gonna try to limit myself more on discord and try to put myself into a delusion to tell myself that I should value my studies over my own happiness and comfort even though I know it’s unhealthy for my mental health

theres just so much to do and I know I can’t complete it but I still force myself just to make the teachers happy

Also small update: I’m currently getting both medical and mental help from my therapist and a doctor (fuck her she’s mean) and it’s most probably physical

And to admit it, I am not okay but you guys don’t need to worry too much for me as we’re supposed to get the blood draw results today

Socials teacher really pmo bc she’s forcing us to do a quiz and work in randomized teams

no one wants to do team work with people they don’t know first thing in the morning or last thing in the afternoon

and we had to take notes and she goes way to fucking fast like she tells us to look at the board bc the images are important but we have to write in the same time and she doesn’t tell us what’s important so it’s js really hard and annoying
