to the right theres rostelecom (or simply ros) based off of the russian company

if anyone is curious about the design similarity: yes, thats intentional, because they're actually the same person
rozganovich IS rostelecom.
rostelecom WAS rozganovich

roz was a friend of t-mobile, they met somewhere around the late 90s. t-mobile is aware that roz got turned into rostelecom, they still have close ties in the now.

somewhat fun fact: rostelecom is slightly based off of siberian cats!
