I haven’t really done anything like this since I’ve been on magma but at this point, the elephant in the room needs to be addressed
thank you all for 500+ followers on this site, I really didn’t expect my doodles to take off like this but here we are and I’m grateful for it
I would like to do more but school has unfortunately been in the way but I will try
in the process of putting together more characters, and though this one currently doesn’t have a decided on name, I can say she is quite fond of electricity, and an expert at teasing others. she also may or may not be slightly overpowered at the moment (okay I genuinely have to nerf her as she's practically the strongest right now since there's not much any of my other characters can do to evade or counter lightning in a meaningful way)
storm anatomy because ive been procrastinating on learning human anatomy (this probably looks confusing as hell i cant lie)
I understand most of this, but of all these things my dumdum brain never learned what a 'Tail Cloud' is XD
Beautiful work, as always, doc :'-)
I'm also speechless because my small brain can't understand
"saw" a tornadic supercell today which was cool (the important parts were all obscured by low level clouds, and when they cleared the rotation had weakened a ton, and now that it passed and its nighttime the storm decided to lock in and restrengthen) i might draw what i got anyway since there was a brief window at sunset where it was clearer
AAHGHAHGHAGA
YOU LUCKY BUCKY
I would sell my birthright to go visit Tornado-Alley
having niche interests sucks like $200 for a cool vocaloid cd and $600 for a heavy duty anemometer (used btw) man what are we doing
$2,000 for the vinyl release of Drukqs by Aphex Twin, $400 for a cheap audio sampler, +$100 for the cheapest EF Canon optical zoom lenses :'-(
Though not usually directly hazardous to observers on land, waterspouts can approach and, once they do hit land, can be formidable just like any other tornado. The waterspout scene in Twister is very famous for a particular line that I won’t spoil here.
I was obsessed with these things when I was little :'-)
I love how waterspouts can form in groups. I have seen some fascinating pictures of them.
love the vibe
interesting challenge!
