ii think my mim jjujust triggered an anxiety attack for me. i feel light headed, and im getting that same feeling i get when i get an anxiety attack. i dont know how to describe it.

for coontext i was doing nmy homework in my room, then she asked if i handed my art homework in. this morning while getting ready, i thought i saw it in my bag. it was not. so i was unable to hand it in. when i told her she started to bend the cloth hangers she was holding and she made that bunched-up angry mother face. then she yelled on and on about how im "going to fail" and retake the grade im in. she then said after a couple minutes of that that her and my father dont punish me enough. i was able to keep a straight face for that, but the second she left i started crying in a way that felt so fucking pathetic. then she came back maybe 30 seconds later and yelled some more, then left again. this is when i started breathing slightly abnormally (i think?) and i started clawing at my arms. then she came back AGAIN to yell at me about basically my organization being terrible, and i just yelled (kinda?) at her to wait for later to talk about this because i didnt need anymore yelling right now. she said (not exact words) that others have it harder and i dont have the right to feel sorry for myself. i told her i can still be sad and that bitch said "me too". last i checked, she wasnt sad. she was furious. i wanted to tell her so bad that yelling doesnt fix shit, but that would cause more yelling. this whole situation made me want to end it again. i know it isnt worth ending it just over an arguement, im just very sensitive to yelling and things simular. thank you for reading this.

BOILING HOT take. most religions absolutely SUCK. Many religions are LOADED with misogynystic views and rules. Also, many religion's books have been re-written over and over again, the story is bound to have changed over time. Lastly, (now this is specifically targeting christianity i will admit) some use their religions as an excuse to harm others verbally and physically. If you ask me, religions have caused more harm than good. anyways, im not saying you cant have a religion, this is just my opinion on them. belive what you wanna belive as long as you dont use it as an excuse to be an assface
