Snare Lizards can be found in Subterranean, Shaded Citadel, and Rubicon. The Snare lizards in the different regions have different color pallets to match each one. They are carnivores.
Hunting patterns
These lizards live in dark places, and will use their long flaps to disguise themselves as a wall or small cliff. Once an unsuspecting creatures comes very close to the Snare Lizards mouth, they will pounce.
They cannot fit into tunnels at first. They must take a moment and fold down their flaps to fit into pipes or tunnels.
Their legs are made for pouncing, and they are not very good at running. They are quite clumsy and slow. If prey dodges the pounce, the Snare Lizard has a long tongue (that is a bit shorter than a White Lizard's tongue) that can be used to pull in prey. They cannot climb poles.
It usually takes 6-8 spears to kill, and can be tamed easily.
@idiot came and doodled a bit, but I temporarily hid them so that I can post :P

I got a new computer, but it doesn't have a touchscreen, which means I'm stuck drawing with trackpad which is NOT happening.
I have my first tablet/stylus pen thingy coming in a couple of days though!
Also, the keyboard is a different size, so expect a few grammar issues as I get used to it :)
Basically, my grammar is going to suck, and ima be taking a break from drawing while I wait for my stylus pen :P
(also, the emojis look different. I don't know what to think about it)
trackpad is HORRIBLE also i didn't know there was a difference between laptop and computer :P

This species of slugcat lives in the Outer Expanses. Their kind tends to migrate to a different shelter every 20 or so cycles, but they never leave the Outer Expanse. They are made for climbing, with many claws and the ability to almost outrun a Red Lizard when sprinting. Their long, thin tails provide balance while running, and climbing. They can dig and create their own temporary shelters in emergencies. However, they have a 100% chance of a shelter failure. They are omnivores.
This particular slugcat, was sick of the same old days. Despite being advised otherwise, he went out to the Outskirts, exploring everything he could. While exploring, he encountered a King Vulture. After an intense battle, the Saguaro won, but not before the King Vulture could shoot his harpoon across his leg. Eventually, he stumbled upon the Shoreline. He stayed there for a while, pondering what might be under the dark layers of ocean.
the Saguaro met a peculiar slugcat. The slugcat could not live above water, yet was longing to search the surface. The Saguaro, being able to relate to them both wanting to explore, made friends. They started teaching each other the ways to survive. The Saguaro has been increasing his ability to stay underwater, while the other slugcat has been increasing his ability to stay above water.
