Selkie is a harp seal hybrid. It is autistic. They are the 3rd member of the team to find the Lantern of Souls. Wren found them in their tribe, while gathering supplies. Selkie follows them around, showing them the place and making sure they dont try anything. They talk about how they need to find the lanter, and selkie says it has a boat they can borrow, but that they need to go with. After they get the boat, they set sail to Iacaris, landing at a bustling port town with the king's troops. They are a 10 year old that joined the team to go on the adventure it’s wanted their whole life. It wields a slingshot as their weapon. They are grumpy and easy to annoy, but underneath it is a soft soul. They secretly have a sweet tooth and a love for toys. Selkie is a harp seal person from the Nattiq Tribe, a tribe of seal people, based on copper inuit culture, located on a small arctic island called Frostpoint. Selkie has a secret wish to bring back their mom, who died of sickness. The Nattiq people are very spiritual people, and are known for having a strong connection to the spirit world. People of the Nattiq tribe, and other arctic tribes, are primary sources for arctic/winter supplies. Seal people are known to be excellent swimmers. Seal people also have sharp teeth.
