First redesign competition guys!
Pick your favourite sage from any of the Zelda games/comics and give them a make-over!
Look to the event guide in the "info + events" section of Hyruleans for the submission guidelines and the judging criteria. The main thing is that you gotta be part of Hyruleans to participate, that's all :))
The winner will receive a cool trophy drawn by me AND will have their redesign showcased on the About page of Hyruleans :D

Some of you guys may have heard about the no-AI platform Cara, and some of you guys may or may not have heard that they have been scraped for gen AI training 3 times in a string of attacks.
After the first and second attacks, it was obvious that the Cara artist community was deeply hurt, but then they were attacked a third time. At that point, Cara was being targeted specifically for opting out of AI, violating the consent of artists.
This board has a few of things said in defense of the scraping.
This is all to say that Cara is taking legal action now, and they have a fundraiser which will exclusively be used on legal expenses.
Even if it's a small amount, it will be helpful.

i did this with the sharp horizontal with no opacity settings, and boy was it hard to get transitions without colour picking.

Did this with just a round opacity brush. It tested how much I could keep myself from working on details - don't zoom in :,)
