so I recently started working out with planks and bench presses (bench pressing school tables under chairs) and it has been working out and I have a 10 weight dumbbell at home but tell me why I can hammer curl it but flat curling it on a table is hard I haven't even done it yet but yeah that's todays progress report in day number 1 -Lucian
