Don't end it. Its not worth it, it dosent work. It only pushes your pain on to the ones you love or even strangers. Keep living to find the happyness that will come. As someone who has tried too may times to leave this life, it was never worth it. It took years to heal and find my happyness, but now i found it. Its still hard, i have bad and good days, but i'm glad im still living- even for the little things. Find your anchor, something worth living for. A series you want to fnish, a pet or animal you have, a friend you love, a passion, a hobby, a garden, or even a future holiday. Anything works. There are so many good resorces out there to help you, 988 has saved me a handful of times. Please reach out for help, its hard but its gonna be worth it if you put in the work to change.
