March Design Duel Entry
Hello!
this. took. way. too. long.
omw- I was not expecting to spend this much time on this art piece- over a week, and it doesn't even look amazing enough to have taken that long
my process was SO wild on this piece, the idea did a total 180 and it became something totally different to my original idea XD
(ill share a process on my alt if yall want)
Im fairly happy with this piece, and just had to cut myself short before I over did the piece. i also started a new job this week so I don't have as much time as I once did XD
this is my oc Mingyu, a dragon. Im not going to lore dump. but he is not a water magician- the water just played into the theme of drizzle. however this is the heart of this specific bamboo forest.
welp, I wont ramble, but this is my entry for dd (design duel), I had a blast joining this month and comparing it to my old dd entries. I've improved so much! thank you so much to likewise for hosting!
(here was one of my old entries! https://magma.com/artist/sushii-art/posts/686dc050f3bb58864a1e0caf)
