Bro... NGL, I am so fucking stressed out. I have a English project that my partner hasn't worked on since I was absent on Friday and I have a Science project that is due at the end of class on Monday. I really hope my partner for Science actually worked on it instead of messing around and playing with her nails and I am praying to God that my Science project will be done. Help me...
White Keys
Dominic Fike
A'ight, pitch black Chevy antique, I was 17
I ain't have nothing but some Tees and a pair of jeans
Palm trees, but it smell like weed in the front seat
You was en route to being famous and everything
White keys, 'cause she's way too major for everything
I wanna be a part of it, what you got going on
Is it as sad as you make it out to be?
I wanna be mad, but you take it out of me
1995, teens in the Florida breeze (ooh-ooh-ooh)
Ice cream, shit was so sweet before everything
Tight squeeze, tryna fit me into every day (ooh-ooh-ooh)
But you never came
The world is movin', we were never meant to stay (ooh-ooh-ooh)
But I was working on the world
I guess I thought that if I gave you what I had (ooh-ooh-ooh)
I guess I thought that it would work
I never knew (oh, oh, oh)
It was because of you (oh, oh, oh)
I never knew- (oh, oh, oh)
Oh, I guess I never knew (whoa)
A'ight, rich ass, tryna fit my Gs in these Prada jeans
Mismatchin' with my Celines, king of everything
Fifth stack comin' in this week, I bought everything
Dispatchin' with dollar G's, pulled up, ripped the scene
White keys 'cause she's way too major for everything
The kids want distance, somewhat that I feel my heart inside my back
I made a point to be intact and you don't even keep it wholesome with me
You were singin' no songs with me (ooh)
The world is movin', we were never meant to stay (ooh-ooh-ooh)
But I was workin' on the world
I guess I thought that if I gave you what I had (ooh-ooh-ooh)
I guess I thought that it would work
I never knew (oh, oh, oh, oh)
And it was because of you (oh, oh, oh)
I never knew- (oh, oh, oh)
Oh, I guess I never knew (whoa)
back to friends by Sombr
Touch my body tender
'Cause the feeling makes me weak
Kicking off the covers
I see the ceiling, while you're looking down at me
How can we go back to being friends
When we just shared a bed?
How can you look at me and pretend
I'm someone you've never met?
It was last December
You were layin' on my chest
I still remember
I was scared to take a breath, didn't want you to move your head
How can we go back to being friends
When we just shared a bed? (Yeah)
How can you look at me and pretend
I'm someone you've never met?
The devil in your eyes
Won't deny the lies
You've sold, I'm holding on too tight
While you let go, this is casual
How can we go back to being friends
When we just shared a bed? (Yeah)
How can you look at me and pretend
I'm someone you've never met?
How can we go back to being friends
When we just shared a bed? (Yeah)
How can you look at me and pretend
I'm someone you've never met?
I'm someone you've never met
Oh yeah
ummm guys.... most of the song isn't uploaded so here is the rest of the lyrics...
And too bad I know I can't wake up
Because I've lost my weight, and you don't give a - about me
This could be a dream, I can't see the things that you see, so please, oh
Girl, I hope you understand I
Wanted to hold your hand, but I can't
Wanted to be your man back then
And you had known and played along, you
Were my home, I wrote you songs
Now you're dead to me, effectively
Removed yourself outside my dreams
Understand
BoywithUke
(this song really relates to me NGL...)
Girl, I hope you understand I
Wanted to hold your hand, but I can't
Wanted to be your man back then
And you knew I fell for you, but you
Just broke my heart in two
I was sad, mad, and broken on my bed
Hoping I get rid of all the voices in my head
I was opening a packet of an undeveloped med
When I was met with a prescription of a bullet made of lead
And when I woke up in an hour in a pool of my own sweat
I said, "I swear to God I'll never even try to sleep again"
So instead I took my pen and started writing evidence
And when I started making sense, I found that I had reached the end
Oh, I'm upset, I have no friends, you wanna bet, you're just pretend?
You're just a pet confined within the lines of writing, you're not -
I thought I stopped my psychopathic ways, I swear I did
I said I talked to people 'bout the problematic life I lived
They were my neighbors; razor blades and different flavored pills I hid
Therefore, I'm at surely my last straw
I'm so gassed, stuck in the past, I said that
Girl, I hope you understand I
Wanted to hold your hand, but I can't
Wanted to be your man back then
And so far I never held you with my arms
So it's hard to be the one you aren't with
Instead, filled with anxiety
Always was a part of me, guess I'm not cut out to be
Somebody 'cause it's not me, I'm not used to all the talking
Was an introvert that had converted feelings into writing
Used to cope with all my problems using notes and lots of rhyming
Used to hope for better days whenever nights would have me crying
I'm not lying when I say that I would rather die than go back
To the times that I would try and be the guy the people know as
Always fighting with the demons hiding far behind my eyelids
On an island full of violence, in my head I had two pilots
Oh, the sun don't shine, the skies turn gray
I feel it coursing through my veins
I said before I'm not okay
But you don't listen anyway
You know I tried, you turned away
Straight out lied right to my face
You - my life, ruined my day
But you don't know, so I'll say
Nothing can fill this silence
No one can love like I did (you don't know, so I'll say)
Nobody cares, you lied, it's
Not fair, you still deny it (so I'll say)
Nothing can fill this silence
No one can love like I did (you don't know, so I'll say)
Nobody cares, you lied, it's
Not fair, you still deny it (so I'll say)
Girl, I hope you understand I
Wanted to hold your hand, but I can't
Wanted to be your man
Goodbye Song
Cynthia Erivo (Harriet)
NGL... this song is so powerful. I recommend u to listen in full volume on your headphones bc it's that powerful lol
When that pharaoh chariot comes
I'm gonna leave you
I'm bound for the Promised Land
I'm gonna leave you
I'm sorry I'm gonna leave you
Farewell, oh farewell
But I'll meet you in the morning
Farewell, oh farewell
I'll meet you in the morning
I'm bound for the Promised Land
On the other side of Jordan
Bound for the Promised Land
I'm sorry I'm gonna leave you
Farewell, oh farewell
But I'll meet you in the morning
Farewell, oh farewell
Oh, I'll meet you in the morning
Farewell, oh farewell
Oh, I'll meet you in the morning
Farewell, oh farewell
End of Beginning
Djo (Joe Keery/ STEVE HARRINGTON ๐ซข)
Just one more tear to cry
One teardrop from my eye
You better save it for
The middle of the night
When things aren't black-and-white
Enter, Troubadour:
"Remember 24?"
And when I'm back in Chicago, I feel it
Another version of me, I was in it
I wave goodbye to the end of beginning
This song has started now
And you're just finding out
Now isn't that a laugh?
A major sacrifice
But clueless at the time
Enter, Caroline:
"Just trust me, you'll be fine"
And when I'm back in Chicago, I feel it
Another version of me, I was in it
I wave goodbye to the end of beginning
(Goodbye)
(Goodbye)
(Goodbye)
(Goodbye)
You take the man out of the city, not the city out the man
You take the man out of the city, not the city out the man
You take the man out of the city, not the city out the man
You take the man out of the
And when I'm back in Chicago, I feel it
Another version of me, I was in it
I wave goodbye to the end of beginning
(Goodbye)
(Goodbye)
NGL I would do the same exact thing
Genius
Ravyn Lenae
THESE ARE LYRICS THAT HIT HARDDD
Paradise takes a little patience
Give it time, get up in the morning
It's alright, never mind what we said last night
I realize it takes communication
Throwing knives, burning down the kitchen
Kiss good night, never mind what we said last night
We get it right (get it right)
Every single day, but once or twice (once or twice)
Some shit gets in the way, but it's alright
Never mind what we said last night, yeah, yeah
We always come around
Don't take a genius to figure out
What's wrong with slamming the door (door)
The door (door), the door (door), the door (door)
Run a mile, now I got your attention
Baby, smile, did I forget to mention
It's alright? Never mind what we said last night
Last night, last night
And it can take a while
(We been here before)
What's wrong with getting wild?
(I get it)
Can't always get it right (get it right)
Every single day, but once or twice (once or twice)
Some shit gets in the way, but it's alright
Never mind what we said last night, yeah, yeah
We always come around (come around)
Don't take a genius to figure out (yeah)
What's wrong with slamming the door (door)
The door (door), the door (door), the door (door)
What's love without the conversation?
(Don't take a genius to figure out)
What's love without some confrontation?
(What's wrong with slamming the door)
What's love without the conversation?
(The door, the door, the door)
What's love without some confrontation?
So.... these are some drawings that I made in 2023-2024. These are all from my drawing binder. I traced all of thoses and a few I colored and some I didn't color bc of how detailed it looks.
I'm gonna try to draw more in 2026 since I stopped bc school was getting too hard ๐ฎโ๐จ
