Hello hello, introducing my new Arcane character (I've been rewatching it). This is Peacock :3 a human/snowy owl hybrid that loves peacocks :D || Don't have much lore, but when I make an artfight page I'll add some. I do have this tho, she lost her body parts (beak/arm) to an Arcane explosion, and she does have natural arcane manipulative abilities (without using Hextech) ;) || Drawing took 3 hrs/1927 strokes.
