Manage your Artspace as it grows by creating custom roles with their own permissions.
We’ve added a lot of different permissions so that you can control who can do what inside your Artspace. Creating custom roles and permission structures helps you and your admins to manage the space well and limit any problems you might encounter.
To create your first custom role, tap on your Artspace name in the top left of your dashboard, open the settings, and go to the Roles page.
Hit the Create role button and go through each of the permission categories carefully, and then also review the permissions for the Everyone role as well. The categories you can customize are:
- Drawing
- Art Jams
- Artspace
- Project
- Version history
- Community Hub
- Chat
- Voice
- and Feed
We also recommend having at least one other person with the Admin role to help you manage your space, so that you can create a thriving community together.
