Minimum Account Age for Art Jam joiners
Have you seen the new setting? When creating a new Art Jam, either public or inside your Artspace, you can set the minimum age that an account needs to be to join.
When enabled, you'll have three account age options:
- 1 day
- 1 week
- 1 month
You can enable this before or after creating your Art Jam, and it's a great way to limit brand new accounts from joining if you run into any troll issues. It's an especially useful option for those who are hosting an event or live stream their Art Jams.
We hope you find it helpful.
You can read more about Art Jams in our user guide here.
this is nice
Thanks for the feature Magma!
That’s nice
hell yeah
Careful now...
@ryan-magma it was an ad mf
It's completely optional to enable this setting as a host, and you can also create your own Art Jam as a new Magma user.
This could be bad and good cuz like ppl under here are saying their new and so it kinda leaves them no choice but to draw by themselves even if they wanna draw w others… but I’d understand for example trollers or grifters who make new acc immediately just to back to the jam to terrorize them, I think this is an ok update
ohhhhhhh I'm gonna feel so bad for this, cause I went into two jams my first day...but all of my jams are getting one day old....
oh, I guess that's good. kinda sucks for me as a new gen tho lol
Ooh, quite smart.
Very nice!
