i see a lot of hate for ralsei for not letting susie heal at the start of chapter 4 and i get it BUT!! i understand ralsei
like thats HIS thing and i would also be sad and defensive if the one thing i had that was unique in our battles got stolen, like, ok so susie has: High health,High attacks, AND she gets ralsei's thing? at this point why keep healing him? he doesnt do anything that others cant. susie has rude buster, kris can act, ralsei could heal but now susie can too.

the issue with reading 'taboo' and problematic writing isn't that i think that your going to want to act that out the issue is that if you read it even just once or twice you start to destigmatize the topic and slowly makes you feel like those toxic,illegal,and disgusting relationships are ok. And they're not.

so yeah, just bc you read 'taboo' works doesn't mean your going out to do those things, it just means that you risk downplaying and romanticizing real trauma and real crimes.
