On January 17th of last year, I was in a place where I didn’t think I’d still be here today. It wasn’t a perfect recovery it was just me holding on a little longer than I thought I could. I’m not going to pretend everything is magically better now, I’m still learning how to stay. And if I can make it through a year, I never thought I’d see, then maybe someone else reading this can make it through their next day too. You don’t have to feel ‘fixed’ to keep going sometimes surviving is already the win.
