burrpps.. people ask me why ai art is such a big deal..!! so i will be going over this!! mind you i did research on this topic before for a presentation so i can say i know a decent amount of information!!!

so starting with one!!
AI replaces JOBS AND DREAMS!!
many people at a young age wish to pursue an art degree and make money from their art and be appreciated for what they do!! if ai takes over this lots of people won't be able to do what they enjoy.. and yk what they say, its best to do something you actually enjoy! and as someone who genuinely enjoys art and wants to pursue an art degree at one point this just really makes me sad,,,

the devolution (i think thats what its called) of human skill!
whilst other artists spend all their hardwork and time, AI basically wipes that off the shelf and makes their 'art' under a SECOND!! no effort required! which is BAD because if theres no effort were basically decreasing our critical thinking skills to make something original and creative for people to enjoy! AI generates art made from other peoples artworks and will be perviced as "good enough" while the actual time and effort spent on actual art will be reduced and forgotten!! and then some people will get lazy and think "oh why not just make some ai art and not waste 10000 hours on this!" THE POINT OF MAKING ART IS TO BEING ABLE TO IMPROVE AND BRING JOY TO OTHERS WITH YOUR ORIGINAL ART PIECES!! NOTHING BY AI IS ORIGINAL

now to me the enviornment is alreayd fucked enoguh and were lowky cooked but AI adds to that problem! AI consumes HIGH ammounts of energy which needs TONS of water to cool it down.. and without water we can't LIVE. because of no water, were endangering certain species who need water such as fish! and as fish is a key source of food in the human and animal world, that will lead to other significant animals part of the food chain to either be endangered or wiped out which can make our food chain super unbalanced and could possibly wipe out the whole human race
