My unpopular opinions on books (cause no one I know reads/has read these books)
1) The Inheritance Games
I read the first one cause I saw it everywhere and I love The Naturals and thought it would be similar. The writing style made no sense to me and the plot flow was interesting. Also the twists and love interests are meh. But I'm still reading the second one cause I want to see if it will get better (it hasn't so far).
2) The Cruel Prince
I'm reading the first one right now, and the setting, characters, and plot all don't make sense to me. I haven't gotten that far into it so I'm still going to finish it and report back.
3) The Cursebreakers Series
I LOVED the first book, 8/10. But the second one is just going downhill. The main romance from the first book isn't even apart of this one and the "cliffhanger/twist" I had already predicted.
4) Caraval
Okay, before I say anything, I'm just going to put out there that I skimmed this book cause I needed to give it back to the person I borrowed it from.
But besides that, the story is not that interesting to me, the characters are okay, and the idea was meh. I'll reread it and try to not miss anything important.
5) Sequels/#2 in series
Most of the sequels/#2 in series I've read have caused the series to go downhill. The only ones that haven't done this are The Naturals, Maze Runner, and Hunger Games (kinda of).
Remember these are all opinions and not meant to upset anyone. Just getting my thoughts out. Hopefully I can find someone who agrees with me on some of these things. (I am a very very VERY picky reader soooo :P)
