What should I do, I feel dead inside but I pretend to be happy on the outside, I make other people happy while hiding my pain, I wanna die but there’s just to much to do before then and I just can’t do anything because I’m useless and a burden I feel like I do everything wrong and I feel like I’m not enough what should I do

My mom forced me to go to school today but I feel sick, like, my stomach is doing flips I feel lightheaded and I feel like I can barely breathe cause my throat is super scratchy

I cried all night last night and now I’m super tired T^T
