how can i improve this new oc

whelp... the mix of too much coffee and seeing fire for the first time has led to this 
my pink guy is mesmerized by the flames... also what should i name him?? i have no ideas
The worst drawing is probably My PacMan in the back ground T_T
tried drawing my angel oc - shes hitting her head on the lil dude above
muehehe, my lil dud is hitting her on the head
does anyone have any suggestions to improve this? rn i feel like there is a lot going on at her head and not much happening below, if you have ideas to add something cool lemme know pls. also is it just me or do the wings on the right look weird?? this is my first time drawing wings so im not really sure about the proportions lol

i think i get what your saying! im gonna try that, i agree that maybe if i purposly make the upper body/wings the main focus it could help. thanks!!
This is your first time drawing wings?!? This is insanely good, im not to sure about the head, maybe if you crop it bigger and make the wings the whole background while the head/torso part is somewhat the majn focus? Idk im not great at advice.
