Though not usually directly hazardous to observers on land, waterspouts can approach and, once they do hit land, can be formidable just like any other tornado. The waterspout scene in Twister is very famous for a particular line that I won’t spoil here.

Y'know I had this sweetheart of a friend in thai, her name was kwang, and her father owned a chicken farm. She barely used the internet and somehow for some reason found my socials via some old forums discussing about old ass anime like dbz or doraemon. She barely knew how to speak english which our group that we formed within the forum found really cute. So because her father owned a Chicken Farm in Thai, she posted a lot of pics on the groupchat showing them off, how silly they are etc. . Anyways we called her Hen Thai. "Based on a Dream"
