I was originally going to do this on April 29th but I forgot... whoopsies...
Anyways uhhh for those who don't know, on April 28th there was a blackout in the country where I live (although I think it also happened in Portugal and some states in France...) and there were a lot of memes about it.
It was very random. A lot of people in my country went a little crazy, and they were even playing music in the street so people wouldn't get bored.
So yeah, that's why I made this low-effort drawing... I hate it.
(Also smth I forgot to mention whoopsies. Uhh on the state I live the lights didn't went off but the internet did. I have no absolute idea why this happened but I still wanted to do this)
