What deltarune/undertale npc's should I draw, and/or should I make a jam for it?

Was in a jam and drawing a clown/jester like character and then wanted to figure them out.. (the top two drawings were in the jam)

I like him but his face was getting on my nerves in the bottom right picture. So it's not good but whatever. Ik what I want him to look like.

might have resulted in a new character... but idk

I did have "It's! T.V.!! TIME!!!" but I couldn't figure the coloring out so I got rid of them.

Not sure where these colors came from but they work somehow.
