The sanity collar is a self-tightening collar that helps keep your sanity during infections. Slight disclaimer: the tightening feature sometimes errors and tightens too much, making the neck bleed.
The sanity screen on the collar shows how much sanity you still have. If collar is turned off while sanity is below 25%… well… you’ll probably go insane. Keep on at all times during infections.
