I'm learning to study in a way that makes the process enjoyable for me
Here’s how I did this one:
-First, I traced the parts of the reference I didn’t understand, figuring out where each element went
-Then comes my 1 try (on the right), where I looked at the traced reference and repeated after my own lines, but not directly on the reference itself
-Then I drew away from the traced reference, looking only at the clean reference (2 try)
I also tried hard not to draw perfect lines (yk, I love smooth lines) just for the sake of it, but by the end I wasn't really concentrating, so if there are any it's just a habit of making everything perfect, even a learning sketch
@Nix ୭⋆｡˚ (on break) It was actually enjoyable, and I'm left with the feeling that I want to do it again :)

Your colors are so pretty! And the brushwork is so soft and pleasing to the eye :)
Also, the texture and contrasting yellow you used for the sky (if I'm not mistaken) makes this feel so interesting and surreal :0

@Nix ୭⋆｡˚ (on break) It’s quite short. I keep an eye on updates from the studio that developed this game - a few of their projects hold a special place in my heart and have had a big impact on me :)

I drew three pictures using a new brush in color, but I couldn't make anything I was happy with. The solution was to switch to black and white :)
