"A transformation study focusing on the contrast between classical human ambition and natural beauty.

Starting from a digital pencil study of Michelangelo's David, I pushed the lighting to a high-contrast 'chiaroscuro' (dramatic light/dark) setting. The addition of the briar vine and wildflowers in vibrant emerald and oxidized copper tones symbolises time and nature reclaiming the idealized form.

My goal was to move from a perfect likeness to a more evocative, living piece. Created on Magma."
