I did this in German with my friend after language finals with custom prompts as one can see by the image provided....

fun fact: junot was a terrible person

guys we shouldn't glorify napoleon I've seen too much content calling him like "me core" or "awh he was so silly!!" or whatever and it's odd since he was a literal MISOGYNISTIC RACIST??

napoleon literally reinstated slavery in french colonies that had previously been freed due to the french revolution and used military force to enforce these principles. (what led to the haitian revolution and such.) moreover, he let colonial governors (or just plantation owners in the various french colonies) enforce these laws as well. the only reason he came to power was because of the french revolution, yet he cant stick to the principles of what led him to glory (freedom/liberty for all, no more monarchies, etc.)

and with women, he used his form of laws (the napoleonic code) to make them pretty much no more than property of their husbands (if the women were married). it caused men to be able to divorce easier, force women to be submissive, and enforced the patriarchy even more. also, he (napoleon) thought women were only good for reproduction... (present even when he was a general by the way.)

i really don't enjoy people who glorify problematic historical figures or call ones that have done obvious bad things "silly" or "cute".

actually, calling any historical figure "silly" or "cute" is weird in itself.

these things really anger me.
you can enjoy researching about a problematic historical figure, but you cannot glorify them. hold them accountable for their actions, even if they are dead.

so like.. I wanted to draw something and practice backgrounds, so I drew Napoleon during the time period when he was a general (probably around the italian campaign because of the forest life and stuff..?)

i genuinely have an unbridled hatred towards this narcissistic piece of (no I'm not risking my account to say something that may or may not be profane I don't really know the rules of magma..)

okay the only reason I drew this beautiful creature is because the biography I'm reading about napoleon bonaparte had misspelled "France" as "Fance" when detailing on the Treaty of Lunéville and what Austria had to give up because of it

in France, it's WAY more common to have brown or black hair than blonde, and due to france's excessive need to be fashionable or something, he would probably bleach his hair...

I really need more history books on the napoleonic wars...
(especially claude françois de méneval's memoirs on Napoleon which has three volumes and was written by a primary source which makes it seem to be a good read)

my friend and I thought up a new species of fish using crossbreeding to get a McLaren looking thing
(doesn't really look like one but that's okay)

we called it a "mclarium" after an aquarium and a McLaren... see the thought process here
