About the art :
This arpeice is lowk very easy , and maybe 1800 strokes, or about...
I used the watery brush , and the rough pencil for this pic!
I also used a medium of more-grey-blues for the water. I was thinking about having a surfboard up by the light but that would take ALOT of detail :P
This image took about an hour , and its reaaly cute in my opinion!
