well the title says a lot. did this with acrylic markers and im pretty proud of it..

where it says @dot (o^v^o) <3 in the bottom left, i basically coloured over my irl initials and js wrote that over, so thats why it looks a bit odd..

its obviously miku and i did have to use a reference for the outfit cuz i had no idea what her clothes were T~T

also can we just take a moment- THREE POSTS. in ONE DAY.
nah this groundbreaking stuff for me.

i love drawing chibiss theyre soo.......... cute~

anyway i used some things i picked up from kaitoes colouring tut..

i was thinking and, i feel like having a sona would be rly cool, i kinda wanna make one. but this is dot. and i am dot. so if i made a sona... they should be called dot. obviously. so i would just make dorothy my persona as is, but i would like if she was a bit more personal if she is represtenting me yk?

long story long, i think im going to make changes to her design, and refine it to how i think it fits me, and what i love.

and make her my sona.

what do you think?

hello!

this was originally from @~بنان 's jam ^v^
-the left character is their design!

i think you know whos is whos. and who the other person is.

anyway i did the bg..

BWAHHH 2 OF MY FAVORITE ARTISTS COLLABORATED AND I DIDN'T SEE IT.???

dot (o^v^o) <3•3mo

this is not my oc! it was originally from this jam: https://magma.com/d/LHDajYDAdt - which is closed now.

the creator of that artjam, and the creator of this oc is: @★𝓐𝓲𝓴𝓪★𝔃𝓲𝓻𝓪 ★

i obviously started this drawing there, but when i started to colour well.. ( ￣︿￣) lets just say things started to go downhill...
so i pasted the line-art to a private canvas as i figured, if i can't colour it, you probably can. >:]

so yeah. you dont have to do this. i gave you the creator and the jam for, 1 - credit for an amazing oc, and 2 - so you can see the ref in case you want to match the colours of the og. ^v^

you can recolour the lineart, but please dont alter it other than adding a signature. if you would like to put your display name rather than your username, you can erase the @ i drew for you..

thats it! enjoy!

This is my entry for @kaitotties art raffle!! I really hope you like it! This is probably my favourite piece i have made on magma so far.. im very tired... this took me very very long lol. perfectionism doesnt help either but its done now :)

i also used kaitoes colouring tutorial for the main characters as i have not remixed it and i still wanted to try it and this seemed the perfect thing to apply it to: https://magma.com/artist/kaitotties/posts/6a089f1cc4c6770e45cd2331

i included both of the characters and a new OC of mine ig on the left. i added in two more of those creature-things just to fill in the gaps. they are supposed to look like they are all playing in the sky, flying around and chasing each other ^v^

a very tired and a little sick , ~dot 🩷

Update: here are the results posted by kaitoes, unfortunately i didnt place, but congrats to the winners all the same! : https://magma.com/artist/kaitotties/posts/6a359499afe3e02fb091e465

magmawaterworldriders

Waterworld Racers! Chronicles of Aquarion.

In the wake of global climate cataclysms, our world has changed forever. With dry land completely gone, mutations spared neither humans nor the ocean’s original inhabitants.
To celebrate unity and cooperation among all sentient beings, the great Reconciliation Games - Aquarion - are held once every 40 lunar cycles. When the supermoon calls, athletes, reporters, and ordinary spectators flock to the Equilibrium Zone. Here, in a fair contest of strength and wit - not claws, weapons, or teeth - they prove who is the mightiest!
Right now you can admire a shot taken by one of our finest journalists - Finn Current. Let’s give him the floor!

“Thank you, studio! Broadcasting live from the heart of the action. Just wrapped up one of the most beloved events of Aquarion - the Waterworld Race!
Ah, I still remember dreaming of competing in it as a little tadpole… Ahem.
In this photo you can see the very spirit of the Games - everyone living in peace and harmony.
That guy with the last-year’s model shellcam and his partner, the anglerfish-blobfish hybrid lighting guy, work in perfect sync.
The little fox fellow… wait, I interviewed him - Fenix, right? He was helping mark the course together with a stunning mermaid lady.
But the real stars of the frame are the stingray and his rider, who managed to carry the main symbol of the Games - the Pyro - all the way to the finish line!
Right on their tail, barely lagging behind, an absolute bullet of a shark is flying. And bringing up the very rear is Mr. Mollusk on his faithful steed. By the way, he gave me this charming little hat.
Go buy yourself a hat from Mr. Mollusk!”
_

Kvazi and I created this “Waterworld Ride” artwork.
We started with sketches, chose my composition, and decided on a full black-and-white approach for style unity. I worked on the wave, main characters (girl, shark, seahorse, part of the stingray) and sunlit surface. Kvazi handled the detailed bottom-right, most of the stingray, textures, foam, and anatomy fixes.
We preserved every contribution by switching canvases. She added beautiful splashes and reflections, while I refined the creepy-cute anglerfish and gave the shark scarification with Kvazi’s nickname.
We had one small argument right before the deadline, but we finished with rich underwater blues.
Hope you`d love this piece as much as we do!

Another post!! i promise im working on that character sheet just be patient ...

good things take time okay?

ANYWAY ahem ahem.. I LITERALLY CANNOT DECIDE. on her eye colour that is
soooooooo.............. im hiring [forcing] you all so you guys can decide for me!!! 🫠 definitely not just because im wayyyyyyy too indecisive... 🥲

i.. dont really care what you do, as long as it looks good. you could do mixed colours, a rainbow, heterochromia, demon eyes, anything. i suggest keeping on theme though.. plus if yall are gonna make it awful thats just mean cuz im trusting you to save me here.

if you see this post, no matter who u are, you are now CURSED. and you HAVE TO remix. just a friendly reminder! ,,^v^,,

so basically js take over the layer named 'your layer' (you..cant really miss it) and thats clipped to the inside of her eye, BUT if you want to add stuff going over the outline of her eye, js add a new layer.

sorry for the 195 word essay. correct me if i am wrong. ( yes i counted no judgement please )

remember u are cursed.

help me please.

@3trillion tysm for the advice!! yes i think ill just scrap the legwarmers TvT but i might add more detail to the socks if needed, nothing too extreme.. yes chubby kittyy!!!

I think, if u dislike the leg warmers you could remove them! just the cat socks are fine, or they could be cat leg warmers ! also chubby kitty aww!!
