I realised i needed to experiment with light more AND that I should do more background so heres both. I realised when I finished that the final piece looks a little flat but I'm ok with that because I was trying a new style, which is very 2d.

I'm making my own dragon tribes for a book I'm writing and these are the horns types for any gender.
This is some concept art for the first horror creature in a game I'm making with a friend.
It's called the settler and its lore is that it was originally a person lost in a forest that slowly starved. But even after weeks and weeks the settler just wouldn't die.
Eventually he ate his eyes and part of his body and after his stomach fell out he was filled with an everlasting hunger for flesh.
I orginally drew this for an English asignment where we had to research traditonal chinese gardens and then draw it but I'm pretty proud of it so I'm posting it here. It was drawn on paper and then pasted onto the canvas for me to do lineart and colour.
