So this is kind of random but it’s thunderstorming rn and I want to share
so basically as of late I have developed a involuntary “fight or flight response” for lac of a better term to thunderstorms so that means especially when I asleep that any time a thunderstorm is brewing up i involuntarily wake up (usually around the times nobody in my household is awake like 3-8 in the morning unless it’s during school season) and my wifi gets cut at night and I don’t have data so I can’t check the weather for when it will end because I can’t sleep until the storm has passed that leads me to situations like this where I can sleep (this time my wifi wasn’t shut off because it’s past a certain time but otherwise it would be off) as well is I think it might has stemmed from life long Lilapsophobia ( fear of tornadoes and hurricanes),Anticipatory anxiety, (witch either leads me to having a panic attack in my room alone or waking up my poor mother) astrapophobia (fear of thunder and lightning) I wouldn’t say I’m scared I’d say I’m more just worried idk guys im running off like 3 hours of sleep here so bare with me
but I go my ikea shark (Stuart) and me myself and the weather app to fight through this one so pray for me yall!
Also I though I share that fun fact about me cuz I’m bored and I can’t sleep :D
(the lighting is getting bad and it’s starting to get bright outside so I see no sleep in the near future )
