Got a penguin figurine today to add to my collection.

I've had a lot of negative emotions compile in my brain these past two weeks with no outlet to currently process them.

I hate having an anxiety disorder

Any of y'all fw 2bae1gallbladder?

My dad has the emotional intelligence of a 5 year-old. Dear God.

I have to wear a cumberbund tomorrow for my choir concert

Really thought I was cooking in my English class, but my teacher told me the claim I had presented was surface level. Oh well.

Gave myself a haircut and now I'm feeling much better when it comes to my self-esteem :)

This is the woke agenda at play

It's just me and my absurdly large duck stuffed animal against the world.

It will never fail to piss me off that some people only care about endangered species when they find them cute. On one hand, it is nice that some species of animals are getting more public support in trying to get them off the endangered species list. However, it still feels incredibly shallow to me that people will care so much for Earth's aesthetically pleasing species but never turn their activism to "uglier" animals, who arguably need their help the most.

I really can't wrap my head around the fact that one of our prehistoric ancestors is believed to have looked like the modern-day mouse lemur.

I have a really bad irrational fear of chimpanzees and I have no clue why.

I really don't get the hate for hand-sewing from my fellow sewists. I only ever hand-sew. I have a sewing machine; I just never use it. I feel more in control when hand-sewing projects. I get why it might seem tedious or stress others out, but I feel more frantic trying to keep my stitches positioned correctly on a machine. Maybe once I get more comfortable using a machine, I'll change my tune, but honestly who knows?

I get to march in the local parade today cause I'm in my highschool's musical. That's fun.

My parents got mad at me because I told them they're not allowed to make jokes about my autism or ADHD, but I am. I'm not mad about lighthearted jokes about my mental illnesses and/or neurodivergency (mind you they make jokes about my sexuality all the time and I don't push back because they are supportive on that front). However, they treat me like shit when I have autistic meltdowns or struggle with executive dysfunction as a result of my ADHD. I don't feel comfortable with them making jokes about my mental health/conditions, because it feels like they are laughing at me, rather than with me. Their jokes make me feel tokenized rather than human. I could never tell them this, though, because they would somehow paint me as ungrateful, or as holding a double standard. I also have no mental health professional to talk to, because my mom hasn't given enough of a shit to schedule an appointment with my therapist, who I haven't seen in months.

I think my warts might be coming back. (I don't have any aesthetic displeasure in having them; they're just itchy.)

I JUST FOUND THE FEED BUTTON. I thought y'all just stalked peoples profiles to wait for the next time they post

Slept for 3 hours and it was the best nap ever.

I can't wait for the day when I'm in a long-term relationship and don't have to stress myself out continously.
