it don't matter what day of september it is i'll speak for this every day
September 10th — World Suicide Prevention Day
Today is a reminder that every life matters. Sometimes, simply listening, being kind, or letting someone know they are not alone can make a huge difference.
If you’re going through a difficult time, please remember that asking for help is not a weakness. You deserve support, care, and someone who will listen. 🫂
Let’s be there for one another, choose kindness, and remind each other that our lives are worth fighting for.
