the amount of liveposting s-icide attempts ive seen on this website and actually in general made me so desenstiized that ,, like its not like i dont caree ig js lakc of feeling?? like "oh okay someone wants to die this is the usual bro" and sometimes i cant even bring myself to worry cause' my mindset is like "it's gonna be a failed attempt or someone's gonna talk them out of it,, and that someone might be me"

Well, my day has been ruined.

I think people need to realize that people do read their comments, and even the hate ones.

Basically, I got an email saying "someone commented on your work" from AO3, so naturally, I went to read it

It was in another language, so I translated it.

I probably shouldn't have.

It was someone accusing me of using AI to write my fanfiction

Which, btw, I DONT

I SWEAR ON MY LIFE, MY BEST FRIENDS' LIVES, UNCLE RICK'S LIFE, THE ENTIRE STAR WARS FRANCHISE (excluding the sequels because they suck), AND THE EVERY RIORDANVERSE SERIES THAT I DO NOT USE AI

Using ai to make any kind of "art" is criminal work.
I don't even support it
So why would I do it myself?

And I'm pretty sure this was just some homophobe, or one of those people that takes their problems and hate out on somebody else.

So, after translating it (this is word for word btw), this is what I was presented with:

So yes, someone went out of their way to tell me to commit suicide for something I didn't do. And even if someone did this, who in their right mind reacts like this?

I actually almost cried reading this (which, btw, is kinda hard to do because I find it hard to show emotion most of the time. Mostly when I'm sad)
