⋆.ೃ࿔��: hey , im Serena. if yu need to talk , add @serenanotfunny on discord . i will accept no matter what . you can vent to me as much as you need‹3 if i dont answer in more than 3 days , i probably suicided . my life is very hard right now , and im nearly 7 months clean . i keep having the urge to break the clean but i dont . anyways , heres some tips on how to stay clean‹3

1. tell someone about it , i promise they WON'T judge.
2. tell your parent / guardian to hide every sharp thing you have .
3. get a $h tracking app to see how clean yu are.
4. if you burn yourself, hide lighters and other flammable things where youll forget its at.
5. if you bite, try to bite something else other than your skin. for example: meat skin
6. be patient, it takes progress to hold up a long clean ��
7. cut paper, your sensation will break
8. ( personally what i do ) if you dont having anything around, put your hand above your skin and pretend like youre scratching it
9. if youre clean, try your best to keep it‹3

i know its hard, but youll eventually get there ml‹3 tysm for reading and yes im nonbinary!
