this is what it said

Therianthropy
This is a term used by people who identify, spiritually or psychologically, as a non-human animal. Key aspects of this identity include:
A core part of your identity: This is distinct from simply liking a certain animal. For therians, the connection is deeply personal and involuntary.
Not a delusion: A therian understands they are physically human but feel that part of their inner identity is a specific non-human animal, known as a "theriotype".
Species dysphoria: Many therians experience a feeling of deep unhappiness or discomfort that their physical body does not match their internal sense of self.
"Shifts": Some therians report psychological or phantom shifts where they feel closer to their animal identity, sometimes experiencing phantom limbs like a tail or ears.

Symbolic or metaphorical identity
You don't have to literally be a cat to find meaning in identifying with one. Thinking of yourself as a cat can be a symbolic way to express how you feel, with qualities like:
Independence: Maybe you feel a desire for self-reliance and freedom.
Relaxation: Perhaps you are seeking more rest and calm in your life.
Playfulness: It could be a way to connect with your fun-loving side.

Exploring your feelings
If you want to lean into this feeling, you could try some activities to help you connect with your "cat-like" side:
Get more rest: Take a cue from your feline friends and dedicate more time to relaxing.
Exercise and play: Running, stretching, and playing can help connect you with your body and feel more active and present.
Research cat behavior: Learn about the instincts and habits of cats. This may help you better understand the aspects of their nature that you find most compelling.
Find community: Look for online communities or forums for therians or others with similar feelings. Connecting with people who share your experiences can help you feel understood.
If you are feeling distressed by this, consider talking to a mental health professional. They can offer support and strategies for working through feelings of dysphoria or confusion.
