If you're drawing my oc, he's an evil ruler, who is very vain, cocky and manipulative. He would be the kinda guy to ask the dormant ancient evil for evil tips and tricks to improve his game. Evil is his life style. He's constantly trying to act evil, while trying to maintain a positive view from the public. He problem is a lot of people can tell he's evil, they just have so much going on they don't really care.
Can draw him in any way other than the things the rules exempt

Apart from the obvious In the rules, you can do whatever you want, draw him anthro, feral, as a human, add accessories, whatever, no worries
He's a corrupt ruler who acts way more competent than he is. He's like, 'hehehe, I'm so evil and clever' when he's kind of just a nuisance. He would totally go to the main big evil for tips and tricks. He's vain, cocky and manipulative. He's also a part of my oc world I'm making.
Super fun to draw in
